    This is absolutely terrific to see. Businesses rely on metrics to act in both their and their clients‘ best interests, so it‘s great to see this being applied to cases at this level. When clients gripe about cost certainty and ask how much a case will cost, real metrics like this will help firms not only garner new business, but do so by speaking the same language and using the same type of cost/benefit and productivity reporting that their clients are using.
